Ceylon House, Celadon House and Cardamon House are a collection of privately owned luxury villas near Weligama on the stunning south coast of Sri Lanka. Uniquely influenced by traditional Swahili, Arabic and Sri Lankan architecture, each beautiful four-story villa includes five en-suite bedrooms each with ocean views and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The houses are set within their own private gardens and are rented on an exclusive basis to ensure all guests receive the relaxation and privacy they desire. On Houses are staffed with a private chef, butler and room attendant, all overseen by our gracious and capable on-site manager/hosts.

In Harmony with Nature

ON Houses, Weligama, is carefully designed to respect the topography and landscape of the sloping site by use of a stepped design. The cross section and orientation of each ON House maximizes the natural ventilation from sea breezes to cool the living spaces. Additionally, each ON House has its own pool that further cools the sea breeze as it passes over the water and cools the underbelly of the ON House. All hot water is heated from solar collectors. All rooms have ceiling fans, with air-conditioning and mosquito protection provided in the bedrooms. Each ON House has its own backup generator.
