BOOKING INFORMATION
Please email us your requested dates and we will advise you on our current availability. Once availability is established, an invoice will be forwarded to you and your booking confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit (50% for peak season) of the rent quoted. After sending the invoice, we allow two weeks to receive the deposit. If we do not receive or hear anything after two weeks we will be obliged to give out the dates to the next request. On receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation and a statement. The balance of the rental is due 60 calendar days before your arrival to Weligama.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation fees are 25% up to 60 days before arrival, 75% up to 30 days before arrival and 100% after 30 days before arrival. The minimum rental period during peak season is 5 days.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in time is 1530 and check out is 1100. Early check-ins and late check outs can be requested depending on availability.
CREDIT CARDS
Bookings must be paid for by bank transfer and banking details can be found at the bottom of your invoice. However, client bills can be settled onsite using a Visa or Mastercard.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Additional non-resident guests for meals will be charged at $60 per person per day.
