Construction  

Design of the ON Houses began in November 2012, and the project received final approvals in May 2014. Construction commenced in October 2014, with Practical Completion achieved in November 2016. The main contractor responsible for building the ON Houses was Sanken Construction (pvt) Ltd., arguably the premier construction company in Sri Lanka.
